世界之樹 World Tree — 使用條款 Terms of Use

使用「世界之樹」（iOS、Android 應用程式及網頁版，下稱「本應用」）即表示你同意本條款。如透過 Apple App Store 下載，Apple 標準使用者授權合約（EULA）同時適用；如兩者有抵觸，以 Apple EULA 為準。如透過 Google Play 下載，Google Play 服務條款同時適用。

1. 服務內容

本應用是一款以真實天氣為題材的養樹遊戲。天氣、警告及相關資料取自公開來源，只供遊戲及一般參考之用，可能延遲、不完整或有誤，不能代替官方警告或專業意見。遇惡劣天氣請以香港天文台、當地氣象機構及政府公布為準，並注意自身安全。

2. 世界之樹 Premium（自動續期訂閱）

「世界之樹 Premium」為每月自動續期訂閱，香港售價 HK$8／月（其他地區以商店顯示價格為準）；權益為在應用程式內移除廣告。所有玩法及天氣警告均可免費使用。
確認購買時，費用會經你的 Apple ID 或 Google Play 帳戶收取。除非在本期完結前至少 24 小時關閉自動續期（Google Play：在本期完結前取消），否則訂閱會自動續期，並於本期完結前 24 小時內收取下期費用。
你可以隨時在 Apple ID（設定 → 你的名字 → 訂閱）或 Google Play「付款和訂閱」管理或取消訂閱；取消後權益維持至本期完結。
退款由 Apple 或 Google 按其政策處理。更換裝置時可使用「恢復購買」。

3. 使用規則

請勿反向工程、干擾或濫用本應用、推送伺服器或其使用的第三方服務，亦不得以自動方式大量存取。應用內的樹木、徽章等虛擬項目不具任何金錢價值，不可兌換。

4. 知識產權

本應用的程式、美術、文字及音效（第三方素材按其授權使用）屬開發者或相關權利人所有。天氣資料版權屬各資料提供機構。

5. 免責及責任限制

本應用按「現狀」提供，不保證不間斷或無錯誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者不會就因使用或無法使用本應用（包括依賴其天氣資料）而引起的任何損失負責。遊戲資料只儲存在你的裝置上，請自行使用「匯出存檔」備份。

7. 條款修改及適用法律

我們可能更新本條款，並會在本頁更新生效日期；繼續使用即表示接受更新後的條款。本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

By using World Tree (世界之樹; the iOS and Android apps and the web version, “the app”) you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and prevails if the two conflict. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

1. The service

The app is a tree-growing game based on real weather. Weather, warnings and related data come from public sources and are for the game and general reference only; they may be delayed, incomplete or wrong and are not a substitute for official warnings or professional advice. In severe weather, follow the Hong Kong Observatory, your local weather agency and government announcements, and stay safe.

2. World Tree Premium (auto-renewing subscription)

World Tree Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, HK$8/month in Hong Kong (the store shows the local price elsewhere). Its benefit is removing ads in the app. All gameplay and weather warnings are free.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (Google Play: cancelled before the period ends); renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play “Payments & subscriptions”. After cancelling, the benefit lasts until the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore purchases” on a new device.

3. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt or abuse the app, the push server or the third-party services it uses, or access them in bulk by automated means. Trees, badges and other in-app items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged.

4. Intellectual property

The app’s code, art, text and sounds (third-party assets used under their licences) belong to the developer or the respective rights holders. Weather data belongs to the providing agencies.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the app, including reliance on its weather information. Game data is stored only on your device; use “Export save” to back it up.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will update the effective date on this page; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
